- 4 large scallions
 - 1 tomatoe
 - 1 small habanero or scotch bonnet peppers
 - 1 bunch(es) cilantro
 - 1 juice of lemon
 - 1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
 - 1 ounce(s) water
 - salt and pepper to taste
